Rebbekah Lynn White was an army wife for 8 years before her husband was medically discharged. She currently resides in Sylvania, Ohio. She is the mother to three boys ages 14, 12 and 6. Rebbekah graduated in 1991 from Bedford High School.

Heal Yourself Talk Radio was started out of a desire to reach out to others and teach them how to learn how to heal their mind, body and soul. After years of dealing with depression, Rebbekah realized she wanted to help others learn how to deal with depression and other areas of life.
